Refund Policy

Claim Watch and other annual subscriptions

If you are not happy in the first 30 days after purchase, email hello@orefront.io from the address you purchased with and we refund the full amount, no questions asked.

After 30 days, the current annual term is non-refundable, but you can cancel any time and the subscription simply will not renew.

If we discontinue a paid service mid-term, we refund the unused portion of your term automatically.

API credits and data products

When prepaid API credits are offered, purchased credits do not expire while the service remains available. Unused purchased credits are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Free monthly allowances, promotional credits, completed exports, custom reports, and work already delivered have no cash value.

If we discontinue a prepaid API service, we refund the unused purchased-credit balance. Enterprise data licenses and custom monitoring are governed by their order form.

Sponsored profiles

Sponsorships are month-to-month and governed by the terms on the sponsors page: cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid month.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days of our confirmation email.
