What OreFront is

OreFront is an informational data platform operated by Peak Digital Labs LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as OreFront ("OreFront", "we", "us"). We aggregate public mining-claim and mineral-tenure records from government registries, attribute them to companies where we can, and present them as maps, pages, reports, and email alerts. Using the site or subscribing to any OreFront service means you accept these terms.

Free and paid services

The map, company pages, guides, public-discovery API and MCP tools, and the BasinPulse newsletter are free. Paid services can include Claim Watch, monitoring, historical change feeds, exports, support, and commercial data licenses. Recurring services renew for the term shown at purchase unless you cancel. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

API and MCP access

API and MCP access is subject to published and technically enforced fair-use limits. Registered clients must keep credentials confidential, send keys only in the Authorization header, and rotate a key promptly if exposure is suspected. Keys may not be placed in URLs, shared publicly, or sold. We may suspend credentials used to evade limits, disrupt the service, or violate these terms.

Public-discovery access does not grant redistribution rights. Internal commercial research is allowed. Bulk extraction, republication, incorporation into a customer-facing product, or redistribution of OreFront attribution, derived analytics, history, or change feeds requires a written commercial license.

Acceptable use

You may use OreFront for research, monitoring, and analysis, including commercial analysis. You may not:

• Scrape or bulk-download the site at rates that degrade it for others.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish OreFront data feeds or substantial extracts as a competing product without a license.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass any person named in public records.

Data and intellectual property

The underlying claim records are public government data and remain public. OreFront's compilation, attribution mappings, derived analytics, and presentation are our work product. Short excerpts with attribution to OreFront are welcome.

No warranty

The service and all data are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Government sources lag, contain errors, and change without notice; our processing can introduce errors of its own. Read the Disclaimer, it is part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OreFront is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost claims, missed deadlines, or trading losses, arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service, are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for any such dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in New Mexico, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction.
